原料
冬陰功醬 1.5湯匙, 鮮蝦 6隻, 蘑菇 4個, 香茅 1根, 姜 1塊, 香菜 3根, 青檸檬 1/2個, 小米辣椒 2個, 椰漿 1湯匙, 鹽 1茶匙, 白鬍椒粉 1/2茶匙, 魚露 1湯匙
步驟
1蘑菇洗凈後對半切開,鮮蝦剪去蝦須去除紗線,香茅洗凈後切碎,姜去皮後切成薄片,小米辣椒切成圈,香菜切成段

2將香茅、姜1、香菜放入湯鍋,鍋中倒入約800ml的水,煮開後用小火煮30分鐘

3然後將煮好的水濾出備用

4蘑菇切塊放入沸水鍋中焯3分鐘,撈出備用

5將濾出的水加入冬陰功醬再次煮開後,放入焯好的蘑菇和蝦煮開

6調入魚露、鹽、白鬍椒粉攪勻後,撇掉浮沫
