小技巧
1.做壽司的米飯,選用上好的圓粒大米,口感更好。另外,蒸的時候注意水量,略幹些才好吃。 2.米飯熱的時候會更容易拔散。 3.轉壽司的時候,儘量用力轉緊,這樣壽司才不會鬆散。
