原料
綠豆, 紅豆, 白砂糖, 葵花籽油, 麻油
步驟
1紅豆洗凈,放入電壓力鍋,放入冷水,水量要高出紅豆約1公分

2電壓力鍋40分鐘煮熟

3準備一個盆,裡面放一篩網,加入清水,沒過篩網的底部

4將煮熟的紅豆倒入篩網中

6讓細沙濾出到盆里的清水中

13綠豆浸泡24小時,中途換水
