原料
河鱸魚 650克, 蔥, 姜, 香蔥, 枸杞, 蒜苔, 蒸魚豉油, 鹽, 料酒, 油
步驟
1鱸魚清洗乾淨後,延魚腹剖開,在魚身上抹上鹽和料酒腌制一會

2姜切片,蔥切斷兒,把一部分蔥和姜切絲,小香蔥切末。枸杞泡好,蒜苔焯水切粒
3拿一個長盤,裡面放上薑片和蔥斷兒

4腌制好的魚兩邊切條

5把腌制好的魚放盤中的薑片和蔥斷兒上面

6鍋中放水,水開後把魚放入,大火蒸製8分鐘,關火,3分鐘後再打開鍋蓋

7把蒸魚豉油淋在魚身上
