小技巧
- 粽子叶放醋或柠檬煮开,然后泡软,就很容易洗干净了。 2. 煮粽子的时候,如果水少了要加开水,水要保持没过粽子,粽子才不会夹生。 3. 广式粽子讲究的是扎实,所以糯米不需要泡,洗净直接包就行,这样糯米在煮的过程中吸水膨胀,口感才会紧实。如果要软糯的口感,糯米要预先泡2-3个小时才包。
