原料
煎饼: 4张, 拌入菜:: , 圆白菜: 200g, 粉条: 100g, 五花肉: 100g, 葱: 1根, 蒜: 2瓣, 郫县豆瓣酱: 1.5匙, 火锅底料: 1匙, 糖: 1盐勺, 精盐: 适量, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 油: 适量
步骤
1准备材料(粉条提前泡好)~

2材料洗净~ 圆白菜切粗丝,肉切片,葱蒜切好备用~

3拌入菜: 锅内倒适量油放入肉片炒至发白,放入葱蒜炒香,加入郫县豆瓣酱和火锅底料,炒出红油炒均匀~

4放入圆白菜炒至变软,再放入粉丝,加入适量精盐,鸡精,十三香,糖(提鲜),翻炒均匀即可~

5盛出装盘备用~

6包馅料: 煎饼一大圆张(超市有售),对折成半圆,放上馅料,开始包左边角折过去(如图4)~

7右边角再折过去,饼皮上往下折,完成对折,依次多做好几个~

8平底锅内倒适量油,转小火放入煎饼盒子,烙至几秒就翻面(煎饼特别容易糊)~
