秋葵:: 1-2个, 胡萝卜:: 1/3个, 鸡蛋:: 2个(约140g), 白开水:: 140g(水与蛋比例约:1:1), 盐、生抽、芝麻油:: 各少许(调味用)

2秋葵切薄片,胡萝卜取1/3根用小刀刻四条凹痕(小心别伤手哦)切薄片待用
