五花肉: 500克, 苹果: 1个, 冰糖: 20克, 姜: 5片, 葱: 1根, 蒜: 3-4瓣, 生抽: 两勺, 老抽: 半勺, 盐: 一小勺, 料酒: 一勺, 开水: 适量

1准备食材,五花肉洗净切块,我选的是偏瘦的五花肉!

2大蒜拍扁,生姜切片,大葱切段,苹果清洗干净

3烧一锅开水,下五花肉焯水后捞出备用

4锅中不放油,开中小火,放入五花肉

5煎出油脂,捞出装盘,不用煎的太久,肉煎老了影响口感

6锅里剩余的油就够了,不用额外再加,放入冰糖小火炒,炒至冰糖融化,变成小泡泡,一定不要炒过了,会苦!

7加入五花肉,葱姜蒜,生抽,老抽,料酒和盐,翻炒均匀

8加入没过肉肉的开水,烧开后盖锅盖中小火闷煮25-30分钟,具体时间看肉块大小来定

9等待的时间把苹果去皮,切成滚刀块放入水中以防变色

10打开锅盖加入苹果继续闷煮7-8分钟
