1大闸蟹上滚水锅蒸15分钟,蒸碗不烫手后把蟹拆了,4只大闸蟹,我大概拆了40分钟,边拆边看电视,拆完一集美剧结束,完美! 注意大闸蟹的蟹心,蟹胃,蟹腮,蟹肠不能吃,其他都可以吃

2拆好螃蟹,再用捣蒜器捣点姜末,切点葱白

5滚水将挂面煮熟

6用一点生抽,糖,盐,猪油,醋加半碗开水调成一个阳春面的汤,再切点葱花
