1酵母先倒入水中溶解

5一起揉

6直到面团能拉出透明的薄膜,即为扩展阶段

7揉好的面团放在容器里,发酵,30度室温大约需要50分钟左右

20把面包置于38度室温,85%的湿度环境中发酵,我用烤箱,加一盘开水。发酵40分钟即可

21发酵到2-2.5倍大的面团取出,烤箱预热185度,面团表面刷一层蛋液
