小技巧
1.选择五种颜色的蔬菜,如果没有紫土豆,就换做紫薯或者别的蔬菜; 2.银耳一定要提前泡发好,否则吃起来就不糯了; 3.蒸好的蔬菜淡而无味,一定要用高汤勾芡调味后淋在上面才好吃,高汤即各种肉汤,鸡肉汤最鲜美是首选。
