原料
鸭脖、鸭头: 1300克, 花椒: 20克, 干辣椒: 5个, 郫县豆瓣酱: 50克, 易拉罐啤酒: 1瓶, 冰糖: 80克, 生抽: 30克, 老抽: 20克, 蒸鱼豉油: 10克, 酱豆腐: 半块, 葱姜蒜: 适量, 红枣桂圆: 适量, 咕咕香调料包: 1个
步骤
1鸭脖、鸭头浸泡一小时,清水冲洗干净,鸭头注意清理鼻孔和嘴部.

2洗净的鸭头鸭脖凉水下锅,加入花椒料酒去腥.

3准备好调料.

4干净的锅加入油烧热,加入郫县豆瓣酱葱姜蒜炒出味儿,放入鸭脖鸭头,烹些料酒!

5炒香后加入啤酒,生抽,老抽,蒸鱼豉油,冰糖,调料包,酱豆腐,大枣桂圆小火炖煮.

6小火半小时后加盐,继续炖煮.
