11⃣️:梅干菜提前清水浸泡1小时左右,然后反复清洗干净(怕有小沙子),拧干备用

2 2⃣️:梅干菜约200g,扣肉约400g切块,稍微厚点,蒜子5粒切末,浏阳豆豉约10g

9入高压锅开始蒸,大火上气后转小火继续蒸30分钟

10 7⃣️:取出扣肉,找一个比蒸碗直径还大的盘子盖在碗口上

小技巧
PS:梅干菜如果没有切的话,泡好水洗净后要切碎 扣肉含脂量还是比较高的,一次不易进食太多 皮姐是个重口味,蒸好的扣肉上面还加了2勺辣椒油[允悲] 一定要用豆豉,蒸出来真的不要太香了,浏阳豆豉最好
