2黄油软化后打发,分次加入糖粉和全蛋液继续打发;

3拌入低粉揉成团即可,冰箱冷藏半小时;

4冷藏好的面团擀成长条形,放入豆沙卷起来,可以案板上铺上保鲜膜帮助卷,然后切成小块;

5表面刷蛋液,撒黑芝麻,烤箱185度预热烤25分钟左右,烤到表面金黄即可,根据自家的烤箱脾气来调温度和时间;
