1小火融化黄油

2放棉花糖入内

3棉花糖融化加入全脂奶粉,搅匀,再加蔓越莓,葡萄干搅匀

4搅匀后,依次加入饼干,腰果,再次搅匀

5在干净的托盘上撒点奶粉,待雪花团搁凉一些,戴上手套,把它整合成如图所示

6待凉后均匀切块,撒些奶粉即可

小技巧
雪花酥其实挺简单的,关键在所有材料融化后,要稍微凉一下才挤压成形,这样会更容易些,太热的话烫手且挤压出来不好看
