7中火---把萝卜放进锅里翻炒两分钟

8倒入老抽翻炒几下

10放入虾干和冰糖盖上锅盖大火烧开转中火

11待水收到三分之一(约15分钟)把煎好的素鸡放入锅内,萝卜与素鸡混合转小火焖

小技巧
喜欢汤多可以适当多加点水或高汤,对虾干可以换成小虾干,估计虾米和虾皮也可以做,只是没有大口吃虾肉的感觉,萝卜烧得入口即化,甜甜的,素鸡软软的有弹性,汤汁泡饭很鲜?
