5揉好后醒十分钟以上

6把面条搓成丸子,撒上面粉,使丸子外部均匀裹上面粉

7预热电饼铛,加入油,将丸子放入

8用勺把丸子轻压,变成小饼状,大概0.8cm厚,不能太薄,压平就好

9煎好一面后,翻面再煎,煎到金黄即可,因为土豆本来就是熟的
