小技巧
1.用温水和面,可以使面团更柔软; 2.揉好的面团要醒一会儿,可以使面团松弛; 3.米饭不要包入太多,以免漏馅; 4.按扁的时候注意力度,因为米粒较硬,力度太大面皮容易漏。
