1牛腱子肉洗净,放入开水中焯烫,变色后捞出,洗去浮沫

2将焯烫好的牛肉放入卤水中,再加入生抽、葱、姜、八角,大火煮开后,转小火煮40分钟,浸在汤汁中放凉

小技巧
1.米线中拌入适量油,可以使米线不粘连; 2.用葱油拌米线更香,如果嫌麻烦,可以用普通的油; 3.其他配料可以根据个人喜欢选择,注意颜色搭配; 4.料汁中加入花生碎很香,不是必须,可以省略。
