小技巧
1、炒梭子蟹用片状年糕最好!不适合条状年糕。 2、如果年糕提前浸泡过就不要放油里煎了;先下葱姜爆香加入翻炒后再加入年糕!不然会很粘。 3、最后汤汁不要收干,蟹黄溶化在汤汁里,留少许汤汁包裹着年糕!那味道不用我说了!
