9加入一个蛋清,倒入全部腌鱼的料。

小技巧
片的鱼片不要太薄,易碎!鱼片下锅后不要搅拌,用锅铲轻轻将浮在表面鱼片压一压,仔细观察,鱼片发白立刻出锅!采用端锅的方式,倒入放有鱼骨的大盆里,肉嫩,汤鲜!
