原料
淡奶油: 一碗, 蟹味菇或鲜蘑菇: 一小盒, 培根: 5大块, 意面: 500克, 大蒜: 适量, 清水: 一碗, 现磨黑胡椒: 适量
步骤
1蟹味菇洗净切除根部,培根室温解冻

2大蒜切成小粒或直接压成泥,放油爆香

3解冻后的培根切成条状,下锅。注:培根可以不放油煎,口感更干更香。我觉得湿湿软软也不错,所以就直接放油里啦~

4同时另起一锅,煮沸大量清水,下意面,加盐。(加盐提高水的沸点,意面更快熟而且口感更好哟)

5放入沥干水的蟹味菇,炒炒炒,把水分炒出来

6然后加入淡奶油和清水,一比一搅匀后加适量盐,盖上锅盖,让它们翻滚吧~~

7捞起煮好的意面,淋上奶油酱,再撒上现磨黑胡椒,搅和搅和就可以开餐啦!(☆_☆)
