米饭: 两人份, 洋葱: 一颗, 番茄: 两颗, 培根: 一盒, 香肠: 1-2根, 蘑菇: 5-6个, 盐: 一小勺, 黑胡椒: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 牛奶: 适量, 水: 150ml
步骤
1培根,香肠切丁 我用的香肠是德国的bratwurst,国内没有的话可以用火腿肠,但是最好不要用广式或者自己腌制的那种香肠

7加入培根,香肠继续翻炒,培根一定要炒一下,这样才会炒出培根特有的香味

9加入150ml的水,开始炖煮,不用加太多水,因为一会放蘑菇,蘑菇也会出水

13加入一小勺牛奶,中和一下番茄酱的酸味

14汁水还没有收干的时候可以盛一小碗出来,一会做浇头用

15汁水收干的时候就可以把米饭倒进去了,炒一会搅拌均匀就可以了

16打蛋液,加一勺牛奶进去,蛋就会很嫩,一张蛋皮一颗蛋
