步骤
1大碗盛100克面粉,中碗盛40G面粉,小碗是铺了一层酵母粉的温水

2将大碗装的100G面粉加一些糖,再加温水搓成面团,放在温暖处发酵一个多小时,膨胀至两倍左右,这就是水皮了;用20G油加40G面粉搓成油面团(这个我忘了拍下来了),这就是油皮了

3在玫瑰酱中放入糖和10G面粉,搅拌好

4将水皮面团撵成面皮(大概1厘米厚),将油面团也撵成面皮(大概1厘米厚)

5将油面皮放在水皮上,水皮多出部分,这样叠过来,包好油皮

6再像叠被子一样,将水皮包住油皮,使其油皮在中间,再撵成薄皮,再叠再撵,我反复了四次左右

7最后撵完了,将皮卷起来

11平底锅烧热油,将其放下去,用小火慢慢煎,一面变黄,定型,再翻面
