原料
淡奶油: 100ml, 牛奶: 50ml, 细砂糖: 25g, 炼乳: 一小勺(也可不要), 鸡蛋: 2个(我放的是全蛋), 蛋挞皮: 12个
步骤
1把材料准备好,淡奶油和蛋挞皮要提前从冰箱里拿出,待止常温

250ml常温牛奶和一勺炼乳放入容器里(我是用平时喝的高钙奶粉冲的)

3量好100ml淡奶油

4倒入牛奶中

525g细砂糖倒入牛奶里

6隔水加热(因为要把细砂糖融化,能融化细砂糖就好,温度不要加得太高)并把2个鸡蛋打散打匀

7细砂糖融化后,拿出,待止常温(和手温度差不多就行),把打匀的鸡蛋倒入容器里,一起搅拌,把颜色搅匀就行,不用打发

8接着把液体过网3次,多余的东西扔掉

9可以把液体倒入蛋挞皮里了,同时烤箱预热170°

10七八分满就可以咯,放入烤箱170度或150度,10-15分钟,蛋挞变黄色就OK了
