原料
石磨绿豆面: 500g, 白糖: 200g, 水: 75g
步骤
1将准备好的绿豆粉过筛

2装盆放入锅中大火干蒸30分钟,取出晾凉,(蒸的时候要避免水汽滴在粉上面,可以用一块笼布包住锅盖)

3用擀面杖将大块面粉碾碎

4再将其筛成细粉

5用水将白糖化开后,倒入豆粉中,双手边搓边搅拌,达到用手一攥就成团,再一颠就散的状态

6装入模具压实,专用绿豆糕模,月饼模等等都可以,我这里用的是麻将模
