小技巧
1.西红柿切丁后用纱布把汤汁挤出是关键; 2.西红柿汤汁可以和面,这款面饼可以不放发酵粉,但里面要包很多馅料,所以面团一定要揉的软,一斤面放六两水,可以再放一勺油,面团和好后特别滋润,然后面团要醒15分钟; 3.在醒面团的15分钟里,把鸡蛋炒好还要放凉, 4.然后把醒好的面团分成小剂子擀成面皮,然后再和馅; 5.和馅时只要把番茄丁倒入晾凉的炒鸡蛋上,加入糖和盐就可以了; 6.面皮里尽可能多包些馅,包好后,因为面皮薄,稍微用手摁扁就可以,不要用擀面杖擀扁。
