12盖上高压锅盖,大火上汽之后继续大火7-8分钟转小火继续5分钟左右,关火焖下

16盖上盖子,这次放气阀不用放哈,就跟普通锅子锅盖一样这么盖上就好,稍稍炖下,时间自己看着办,差不多几分钟吧,尝了下熟烂程度差不多了,实在舍不得那点燃气啊亲。肉完全入味

17再放剩下的洋葱,我比较喜欢吃生一点的洋葱,所以这部分放到后面放入锅,你自己看着办哈

小技巧
1、我用的牛腩,切的时候切大块点,牛肉煮了之后会缩小的,大块啃的赶脚才爽啊 2、牛肉块焯水冲干净血水 3、我放的生抽,建议老抽要放的也少一点,因为重点吃的是沙茶味 4、还有香料这道菜我是建议也别放,不然沙茶味都被香料味夺走了 5、我用的高压锅先压一会儿,然后再打开高压锅盖子稍稍炖下,自己看着办哈,不心疼燃气的话,直接用砂锅啊汤锅炖就好
