2芋头用清水反复冲洗干净放入锅,加入水末过芋头,中火煮开锅后再煮3分钟左右 煮好的芋头从锅中捞出放凉或直接放冷水中过凉,用手削掉外皮

3芋头去皮后,切滚刀块

4锅清洗干净,倒少许油将姜片入锅中炒出香味,加入五花肉,小火慢慢炒至两面变金黄色
