3【调酸辣酱汁】: 醋:辣酱:生抽=4:2:1 这是我喜欢的比例,大家调的时候可以尝尝,然后进行调整;

4【调淀粉水】: 干淀粉:水=1:3

5锅热油,入葱段爆香, 然后入干香菇炒香;

6然后加水,煮开;

8再放入花菜,煮开;

9煮开后,盐、鸡精调味; 可以比平时略淡一点点,因为后面酸辣汁也会提味;

10倒入酸辣汁,拌匀;

11倒入淀粉水勾芡,煮开,拌匀; (倒入淀粉水的时候,一定要开大火,然后直到水再次煮开才能进行搅动!)
