低粉: 100克, 黄油: 65克, 煮熟的蛋黄: 2个, 奶粉: 20克, 玉米淀粉: 95克, 糖粉: 40克, 玉米油: 40克
步骤
1室温软化的黄油加糖粉,用电动打蛋器打发至蓬松

2加入煮熟的鸡蛋黄(可过筛),再分3次加入玉米油,搅匀后再逐次加入下一次

3最后筛入低粉、玉米淀粉跟奶粉

4混合揉拌成面团后用保鲜膜包住,放冰箱冷藏一小时

5取出后分成大小均匀的小剂子,大概每个3~4克左右,然后揉圆,放入烤盘内

6送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度烤10~15分钟即可,温度可根据自家烤箱脾气进行调节
