主料: 母鸡: 一只, 辅料: 生抽1勺: 姜40g, 花生油50g: 香菜50g, 精盐15g: 细香葱50g, 麻油10g:
步骤
1将鸡除毛去脏

2用铁锅将水煮至沸腾后,将盐和姜片放到沸水中,同时将鸡下锅煮(水量以漫过整个鸡为准)

3待水再次沸腾时改微火煮

4微火煮8分钟(期间要将鸡翻动4-5次,使鸡熟透,为确认是否熟透,可用筷子插进鸡肉,没有血水流即可)

5将鸡捞出,待鸡凉到30度左右

6切成块,沾上酱料即可食用

7制作酱料:把姜切成碎末,香葱和香菜切成小段

8将备好的姜未用优质的花生油在热锅上爆炒一下
