步骤
1黄油室温自然软化,和糖粉一起打发至颜色变浅

2加入鸡蛋充分拌均匀

4最后分次加入过筛后的低粉和泡打粉一起拌均匀,拌好的面团放冷藏冰箱冷藏2小时

5冷藏好稍硬后取出面团分成小块

6小块面团都捏成不规则长条,比手指稍洗

7手指饼干上用刀划出关节纹,稍细那头放颗杏仁放烤箱烤,上下火180度烤15-20分钟样子,(时间仅供参考,具体实际操作为准)表面烤制自己喜欢的颜色出炉即可
