芹菜: 一根, 猪肉: 500克, 温水: 适量, 盐: 2小勺, 葱: 一根, 姜: 五片, 面粉: 适量, 生抽: 两勺, 香菜: 一颗

1肉馅加葱姜末、生抽 搅拌均匀

2芹菜杆和芹菜叶分开切末

3面粉加适量盐,缓缓加入温水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。待面粉几乎都成絮状,没有干粉之后用手揉成团,盖上盖子放置一边。

4烧水,水开放入芹菜杆,沸腾后加入芹菜叶煮熟。找个大碗放点凉水,把芹菜盛到碗里。(如果芹菜嫩可以省略这一步)

5等芹菜变凉后,挤出水分放到肉馅里,加适量盐、食用油,少许十三香,少许鸡精搅拌均匀。
6面揉光

7取一小份,搓成细长条状
