西芹: 250G, 番茄: 1个, 培根: 80g, 油: , 盐: , 蒜: , 白糖:
步骤
1西芹洗净,撕掉老的筋,斜切成菱形备用;

2番茄一个洗净,切成适量大小的块备用;

3锅中烧开水,下油和盐,把西芹下锅焯一下然后过凉水沥干 ;

4锅中放一点底油,把切小了的培根下锅煎香两面;

5然后下蒜蓉爆香

6倒入西芹翻炒均匀;

7加入番茄块也炒匀,调入少许盐调味,少许白糖提鲜即可!

小技巧
西芹也可以不焯水直接下去炒,我是原想着拌著吃的,后来转念一想就变成炒的了; 番茄也可不放,或者生的切来放边上装饰亦可,个人喜欢吃半生不熟的啊,哈!
