1将熟蛋黄过筛备用

2称量好材料备用,黄油需提前软化好

7将玉米淀粉和低筋面粉混合均匀筛入黄油混合物中

8用硅胶刮刀或者用手将面粉与黄油混合成光滑的面团

9混合好的面团不粘手,也不是很干

10把大面团揉成一个一个的小球球,直径大概1.3厘米左右

11预热烤箱180度5分钟,放入小馒头后上下管180烤15分钟左右,

12烤的过程中要时刻盯着烤箱,上色后把上管温度降至150,这个小馒头特别容易上色,大概烤10分钟后就要调整烤箱温度
