6橙子切薄片,放奶锅里,加两勺子糖加水到刚好没过橙子,大火煮开后转小火煮十分钟,把橙子捞出来,剩下的糖水称出60克放凉

7捞出来的橙子控干水放到烤盘里,烤盘事先铺好油纸

8蛋黄加入放凉的糖水

14勺1/4蛋白到蛋黄糊里,切拌的手法拌均匀再把剩下的蛋白也倒进来,快速且轻地切拌均匀,然后倒倒烤盘里

15抹均匀面糊表面,轻震几下,放进预热好的烤箱,170℃中层烤25分钟

16出炉后马上倒扣,撕掉油纸晾凉
