1材料:土豆,牛奶,马苏里拉芝士,火腿

2土豆去皮切块,隔水蒸熟。(为了避免土豆吸收太多水蒸汽,可以用有盖子的容器蒸)

3蒸熟的土豆放凉,捣成泥

4土豆泥用细筛网过筛,用勺子碾压土豆泥

5再从筛网反面刮下过筛的土豆泥。(过筛的土豆泥口感更细腻,但比较费事,不讲究口感可以省略过筛。)

6土豆泥加牛奶,黑胡椒,盐,糖拌匀。(牛奶可以换成淡奶油,奶味更浓郁。量不要多,拌好的土豆泥还是非常粘稠的团)

7拌好的土豆泥填入烤碗

9放入预热好的烤箱,200度烤至芝士熔化,表面金黄即可
