通心粉: 适量, 西红柿: 1/2个, 洋葱: 1/4个, 半肥瘦猪肉: 适量, 大蒜: 1瓣, 盐: 一点点点, 玉米油: 适量, 芝士: 1片, 清水: 适量

1先煮通心粉,我这个水开煮13分钟就软了!这一步我忘记拍照用以前的,忽略南瓜!

2煮面同时准备肉酱材料

4小火同时倒入玉米油洋葱大蒜,至半透明

5小火加入肉沫搅拌均匀即可

6中火加入番茄和一点点盐

7中火加入盖过材料的清水熬到水收干,这时候面差不多煮好了,捞起来沥干水。(如果觉得节奏太快,也可以先将面煮好后放进冷水里侵泡,再进行肉酱的炒制)

8中火加入通心粉
