1室温软化的黄油+糖搅匀

12滚圆放盆里,盖保鲜膜,进行发酵(29℃左右发酵35分钟)

13发酵好后,取出面团分割成40g的面团滚圆,盖上保鲜膜中间发酵15—20分钟

14取一团分割好的菠萝皮面团、压面,用擀面杖擀成比面团大点的圆形

15取一中间发酵好的面团,收口朝上、放在擀好的菠萝皮(9)上

16利用手掌把菠萝皮推至面团底部(如图10)

17翻过来放烤盘里,进行最后发酵(28℃30分钟左右)

18在最后发酵好的面团上,用刮刀轻压出花纹,在刷层蛋液或沾层糖

19进预热好的180℃的烤箱,烤15分钟左右、至上色
