2萝卜切薄片,姜切片。萝卜用硬毛刷刷洗干净,萝卜皮可以做泡菜,很脆,比用萝卜肉做泡菜更好吃

3鲫鱼处理好洗净(腹内黑膜一定要去净),沥干水分

4锅子加热,用两三片姜将锅内擦一擦(不粘锅可省此步),加适量油,下入鲫鱼小火煎

5煎至鲫鱼两面黄,加入开水

6加入萝卜片、剩余的姜片、1勺料酒和适量盐,大火滚开后转中火煮10分钟左右(时间视鱼的数量而定)

7煮至汤汁浓白,撒适量葱花即可
