7平底锅内刷少许油,油热放入一张冷面片,稍热后打如一颗鸡蛋,用叉子或者其他什么打散

8待蛋液稍凝固,轻翻面,刷少许醋汁,酱料

10煎至冷面鼓大泡就是熟了,然后小心卷成一卷,放到盘中切开即可
