原料
韭菜: 少许, 面粉: 适量, 开水: 适量, 盐: 少许, 鲜虾: 适量, 鸭蛋: 3⃣️个, 黑胡椒粉: 少许
步骤
1用了低筋面粉 我加了点酵母粉 热水调成絮状 再和面

2面团用保鲜膜包好醒20-30分钟

320分钟的时间里正好切韭菜(一定要控干水分,我用的是甩水的篮子,淘宝有卖)鸭蛋加盐黑胡椒炒碎 剥好的虾仁煮熟(加点盐与黄酒,不用煮太熟)

4韭菜先放少许色拉油轻轻搅拌防止出水 最后所有馅料拌匀在快包的时候加盐加胡椒粉调味(放早盐容易出水)

5再加入馅料对折包起 边捏出形状

6平底锅加少许油 然后慢火煎熟
