5用开水将白菜叶片和韭菜叶烫软

6取出沥干水分备用

8放上调好味的肉馅

9包好后用韭菜叶系好,装盘后敷上保鲜膜入锅内蒸10-15分钟

10将蒸时下的多余的汤水倒入锅内

小技巧
我用的是娃娃菜,菜叶片比较脆,爱碎,所以取白菜叶片时要小心弄,尽量保持菜片完整,太碎了包肉馅时爱漏。用白菜菜叶片也行。
