2猪皮焯水5-6分钟,建议可以放些料酒去腥。

6温水冲洗一下后滤干

7大火水开后,中火隔水蒸60分钟。放凉后放冰箱12小时即可。水和猪皮比例2:1,水2份猪皮1份

8切块后蘸酱汁开吃。酱汁:生抽+醋+糖+蒜泥。想吃辣的再放点老干妈。
