原料
牛肉, 米饭, 玉米, 青豆, 泡菜, 生粉, 香油, 盐, 料酒, 食用油, 蛋清
步骤
1 牛肉冲洗干净;把牛肉切成1cm*1cm左右的颗粒;

2 放入鸡蛋清和生粉,搅拌均匀后再加入料酒,再搅拌均匀,放置30分钟;

3 锅里放油,只要把油烧到5成热左右,下牛肉里,在温热的油里泡一下牛肉粒,等其颜色慢慢变白就拿出;

4 把泡菜里的水挤压掉后切碎,青豆和玉米事先蒸熟;

5 锅里放少许油,加入青豆和玉米炒掉其水分;

6 泡菜,炒掉其水分;下米饭,用铲子不断划开翻炒;

7 米饭完全散开的时候,加入牛肉粒再翻炒;如果觉得味道不够,可以加点盐,淋上一点香油就大功告成了。
