原料
明虾 500g, 泰式辣椒酱 6大匙, 材料明虾 500g, 洋葱 半个, 红辣椒 两条, 小葱 1支, 锡箔纸 一张, 酸柑 1个, 盐 1/4小匙, 麻油 滴量, 水 100ml
步骤
1将虾、洋葱去皮洗净沥干水分,倒入玻璃碗中

5将锡箔纸延四周包好

6备一干净的锅加入冷水100ml,放入锡纸包水烧开后加盖小火焖煮15分钟

7当锡纸包鼓起至水烧干后可熄火取出
