原料
面 大概2杯, 紫薯 3个, 温水 少许, 糖 少许
步骤
1面一点点加入温水和好后,盖上潮湿的布

2将紫薯洗净后上蒸锅蒸熟(具体时间我木有看,用筷子可以穿过即可)

3将蒸好的紫薯压成泥(如果需要糖的同志们可以放入糖并搅拌均匀)

4将面切成适量大小,其中一条压成圆形

5并擀至成圆形的饼(大概圆就好了)

6将紫薯泥涂在圆饼上

7从外往内部卷

8使之成长条并封好两侧

9平均分成3条,两边封好两侧面

10用手压弄成圆饼(此时力度要轻轻压不要紫薯露出来了)
