以往的鱿鱼,大多数都用来炒著吃,那天突发奇想,觉得伴着吃也一定不错!事实证明,还就是不错!而且,我认为,这种吃法,实在是太酷了!看着就特有食欲的颜色搭配,爽口的味道,微酸,微甜,微辣,还有淡淡的鲜味!
原料
黑木耳, 银耳, 鱿鱼, 辣椒油, 盐, 白糖, 白醋, 味精, 香油, 黄飞鸿麻辣花生, 蒜末, 荷兰豆
步骤
1鱿鱼洗净,撕去外面的一层薄膜

2将鱿鱼切十字花刀(先横着切,别切断,然后竖着切,也不要切段,最后切成大小合适的块)

3黑木耳和银耳提前泡发,然后洗净撕成小朵备用
