丝瓜 一条, 沙虾 250g, 蒜蓉, 盐, 糖, 油, 泰式酸辣酱
步骤
1丝瓜削皮后,切成均等的3厘米长的小段。用小汤勺小心的挖出三分之一的瓜肉,方便一会放入整只虾用

2沙虾去头去壳,留下最后的一节壳和尾巴作为装饰。虾背上用小剪刀挑出泥肠,在虾的中段剪开一小口,尾巴从小口穿过,这样团好的虾就能漂亮的立起来了
